Duke University awarded more than 4,400 undergraduate, graduate and professional
degrees during its annual commencement ceremony in Wallace Wade Stadium on Sunday, May
10. Oprah Winfrey, media entrepreneur and philanthropist, delivered the commencement
address. Winfrey also received an honorary degree.
